Chery Malaysia has just introduced a new Chery Tiggo Cross Sport Edition variant, priced at RM91,800. Available exclusively with the 1.5L Turbo engine, it’s RM3,000 costlier than the standard Tiggo Cross Turbo (RM88,800).

However, if you manage to snap up the early bird promo at RM83,800, it would be RM5,000 cheaper than the standard Tiggo Cross Turbo.

On the exterior front the Sport Edition gets Sport front and rear bumper. The rest of the car remains to be the same as the standard Tiggo Cross Turbo.

Red brake calippers hiding behind the 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped around GitiComfort 520V1, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 360-degree camera, full ADAS, ambient lighting and powered driver seat.

Performance remains to be the same 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo petrol paired to the same 6-speed dual clutch transmission pushing 147 PS and 210 Nm. Century sprint time of 10.3 seconds while fuel consumption rated at 6.3L/100 km.

The Chery Tiggo Cross Sport Edition can be had in 3 colours – Carbon Black, Khaki Grey and Phantom White. Also covered by a 7-Years/150,000 km Warranty and 6 times Free Service Labour.
