Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has just pulled off the wraps to the all-new Nissan X-Trail e-POWER at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show 2026 (KLIMS).
Malaysia is the first country in the ASEAN region to debut the T33 generation X-Trail. ETCM has confirmed the X-Trail e-POWER is slated for market launch by Q4 2026.
e-POWER x e-4ORCE AWD System
Being 3rd Nissan model in Malaysia to feature the e-POWER 100% electric motor-driven powertrain, it’s also the most powerful e-POWER output available.
Combining a 1.5L 3-cylinder turbo petrol that works solely as a generator to juice the 2.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The batteries then drives both the electric motors, giving it Electric All-Wheel Drive (e-AWD) capabilities. Both the electric motors gives a combined output of 213 PS (front axle: 204 PS/330 Nm; rear axle: 136 PS/195 Nm) and returns 6.1L/100 km.
BOSE Sound System
Preliminary specifications include 9-speaker BOSE Sound System, 12.3-inch instrument cluster, 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, hands-free powered tailgate and full suite of Nissan Intelligent Mobility ADAS.

Catch the all-new Nissan X-Trail e-POWER at KLIMS 2026
The all-new Nissan X-Trail e-POWER will be displayed at KLIMS 2026 happening from 12 – 21 June 2026 at Malaysia International Trade Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
Free entry for Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 10 am – 8 pm. For Friday, weekend & public holidays, tickets will be RM30 per adult/per entry. Free entry for children below the age of 12.
