Following its first debut in India, pre-registration has officially opened in Thailand for the highly anticipated 2026 Honda City Facelift—strongly hinting that a Malaysian arrival is just around the corner.”

The latest facelift brings a sportier design for both body styles, featuring a larger gloss black honeycomb grille, slimmer LED headlamps, and redesigned front and rear bumpers. RS variants further stand out with dark chrome accents and new 16-inch alloy wheels.

Familiar, Proven Powertrains

Under the hood, the Thai-spec lineup continues to offer two reliable powertrains:

  • 1.0L VTEC Turbo: Delivering 122 PS and 173 Nm of torque, mated to a smooth CVT.
  • 1.5L e:HEV Hybrid: Combining an Atkinson-cycle engine with an electric motor for a punchy 109 PS and 253 Nm of torque.

Upgraded Tech & Cabin Comforts

Inside, the cabin shifts upmarket, replacing the old screen with a massive 10.1-inch floating infotainment display equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. High-spec models also welcome active ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, a 360-degree multi-angle camera system, and a wireless charging tray.

Safety has also been upgraded with a wider availability of the Honda SENSING suite, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Collision Mitigation Braking, and Auto High Beam.
